"We can become Gods like our Heavenly Father. This is exaltation." (P. 290) "We can become like our Heavenly Father. This is exaltation." (p. 302)
"We accept Christ's atonement by repenting of our sense, being baptized, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and obeying all of the commandments" (pg. 68). "We accept Christ's atonement by placing our faith in him. Through this faith, we repent of our sins, are baptized, receive the Holy Ghost, and obey his commandments... To make his atonement fully effective in our lives, we must strive to obey him and repent of our sins."
